Weddings first. Every other event, same crew.

The name says weddings, and weddings are the center of the work. A wedding is the hardest version of this job: a date that cannot move, a guest count that has to be seated and fed on schedule, and several hundred small objects that all have to be in the right place before the first guest walks in. A company that can run that can run the rest of the calendar.

So we do. The same crew and the same inventory run corporate days, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, galas and outdoor gatherings. A product launch for 200 in a conference room needs a projector, a check-in table, a hot lunch and cable runs nobody trips on. A fiftieth birthday in a backyard needs chairs, string lights, a buffet and someone to haul the trash away at the end. Different rooms, same work.

We keep the inventory in house: tables and chairs, linens and skirts, lounge furniture, canopies, heaters and fans, LED lighting, speakers and microphones, projectors and screens, serving trays and coolers, plus the tool kits, gaffer tape and spare cables that keep all of it working. That is why our package sheets read like real lists instead of vague promises. Nothing on them is an item we hope to track down in time.

Catering and beverage service belong to every tier, not to an upsell at the end. The Essentials Package feeds 25 people snack platters, cake and cold drinks. The Grand Event Package feeds 400 with a plated dinner or chef attended stations and a five hour premium open bar. Five more tiers sit between them, and all seven include delivery, setup and teardown inside Los Angeles County.

We also sell production equipment outright, for buyers who would rather own a system than book one: a Portable Stage System, a Surround Sound System and a Lighting Design System, each built to our own specification, all on the store page. A purchase is checked out on its own, separately from an event booking.
